Yes, we are licensed and insured. We are more than happy to provide you with all information to the necessary sources so that you verify this for your own peace of mind. We believe that it is imperative for a cleaning service to be licensed and insured. The truth is, however, that many cleaning companies do not carry this liability insurance. This is a very risky procedure because as we all know, accidents do occasionally occur. We are also licensed by both the city & state!
Yes. Your complete satisfaction, and a cleaner home is guaranteed. If you are not entirely pleased with our services please notify us within 24 hours of your service date and we will happily re-clean the area with which you are dissatisfied at no cost.
We understand that there is a great deal of trust that goes into allowing someone into your personal space. Because of this, we have always found that our clients feel more secure when receiving exceptional service from a familiar face. We encourage this type of rapport, and thus will make every effort to send the same team each time. However, there may be occasions that we may have to make substitutions to accommodate scheduling . If this occurs, we always inform our clients in advance.
Yes we do. We pride ourselves in the quality of our service, so we believe that customer referrals are the highest form of compliment that we can receive. To encourage this type of word of mouth promotion that is significant to our business, we have a Referral Rewards Program. This rewards both parties.
Smith girls cleaning services hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 9 am-9 pm + Saturday/Sunday 9 am-4 pm. Appointment times start as early as 8:00 am and our last appointment of the day starts as late as 2:00 p.m. Commercial Cleanings are Later in the evenings.
We ask that you pick up toys, clothing and other items before our arrival so we can focus our time and efforts on dirt and grime, not putting things in their proper places.
We will supply all necessary cleaning products & equipment. If you do prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, or if you have any special products that you need used; we are more than happy to accommodate your needs and use most things that you supply.
All major credit cards, Zelle, Venmo & Check-by pre-pay only.
Payment is due upon job completion unless prior (written) arrangements have been made. 2 Late payments within 60 days is subject to services being terminated.
We are pet friendly but appreciate your help in making sure pets are secured and safe on cleaning days. We should also be made aware of any special requirements in safeguarding your pets.
*Please keep in mind that we do not service pet beds, cat trees, nor pet crates. We also do not clean up pet accidents or vomit*
It is our utmost honor to be in your home, and because we wish to treat your home with the same great care and respect as we do our own, on the rare event that we do break something during the course of cleaning while in your residence, we will make every effort to repair or replace the item either out of pocket or through our insurer.
